Welcome. It is great to see you.

I have a long Name, Ravi Krishna Reddy Seerapu Koti Venkata, but I go with Krishna Seerapu. I live in Sammamish, Greater Seattle Area, Washington.

As a former employee of Google, Amazon, RSA, Progress, Microsoft, and Motorola, I led a team of engineers to create Developer Experience and automation products for WebApp, Devices, IoT, e-commerce, Security, and cloud platforms. With over two decades of experience in team leadership within startups and large corporations, I bring a blend of technical expertise, business insight, and market knowledge to the table.

My key strengths lie in agile methodologies, testing extensive distributed systems, functional and non-functional aspects, and ensuring comprehensive Security coverage. I am dedicated to enhancing engineering processes, quickly adopting new technologies, and adeptly collaborating with diverse and remote teams. My ultimate career aspiration is to master the craft of establishing, evolving, and sustaining engineering organizations.

My professional background lies in the field of technology and computer science. While I have dedicated most of my career to working in prominent tech companies, my entrepreneurial spirit has always driven me to explore various side ventures. This has led me to establish a Pharma Investment, a Non-Grape wine business, a Real Estate Firm, and 3Cirkles tech ventures.

Furthermore, my commitment to giving back to the community has inspired me to collaborate with several non-profit organizations and non-governmental organizations.

Currently, my sole focus is on developing my new startup, Flint Lab Inc. I bring extensive experience in leading high-performance Test Infrastructure, Automation, and Engineering Productivity teams that tackle complex quality challenges for customers.

I have a track record of successfully creating testing, Automation, and Infrastructure solutions for a range of products across different companies, and I am confident in replicating this success on a much larger scale.
